My name is Caitlin Folk, and I am a licensed REALTOR® with Real Broker SK, serving Regina, Moose Jaw, Saskatoon, and surrounding areas.

Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up learning from my entrepreneurial father and his real estate investments, and over the past ten years I have built my own experience investing in, renovating, flipping, and managing my own rental properties.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent over a decade working as a Registered Nurse in Neurosciences and Emergency Medicine. That experience instilled a deep sense of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, qualities that continue to guide my work today.

My partner is a grain farmer, which has given me valuable insight into Saskatchewan's agricultural community and rural real estate market.
